Peaceful Retreat

Our property is on a body of water called Hen Cove near the village of Cundy's Harbor in Harpswell, Maine. Situated on 3.5 acres and a mile from the main road, the property features a cozy cottage with two sleeping areas. The primary bedroom is located downstairs, adjacent to the bathroom. Upstairs, there is a large room with two sets of bunk beds and a queen-sized bed. There is a boathouse where we store boats in the winter – it's perfect as an extra space for working or sleeping down by the water. We have a private dock that gives us direct ocean access.  Brunswick and Bowdoin College are 15 minutes away, and other coastal towns are easily accessible.
